    Order & Platform Connectivity

    A-Way Express supports system connectivity through Digital Waybill and secure API access.

    Merchants typically work with their internal developers or trusted third-party integration partners to connect their e-commerce platform, order management system, or courier network to A-Way Express using our API credentials.

    Once connected, this setup allows:

    • Orders to be transmitted automatically to A-Way Express

    • Deliveries to be dispatched without manual entry

    • Delivery status updates to be retrieved and displayed in your system

    Our role is to provide the courier infrastructure, API access, and operational support that ensure delivery execution is reliable once the integration is in place.

    Pick & Pack and Fulfillment Support

    For select e-commerce partners, we also offer pick and pack services, coordinated closely with delivery. This can help reduce handoffs and streamline fulfillment for time-sensitive or locally distributed orders.

  • In addition to A-Way’s Standard Next-Day service, we offer flexible options for faster delivery:

    Same-Day Delivery within the same business day Ideal for time-sensitive local shipments

    Rush (2-Hour) Priority delivery within approximately 2 hours Best for tight timelines

    Urgent(1-Hour, Downtown) Immediate, direct delivery within the downtown core Our fastest service option

    Cut-off times Same-day pickup requests must be submitted by 1:00 pm. For deliveries within the downtown core, the cut-off time is 2:00 pm.

  • A-Way customer service is available between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. Orders may be placed online 24/7.

    Weekend and holiday deliveries are available for contract customers. Please contact customer service to discuss after-hours delivery needs.

  • A-Way can accommodate packages of many shapes, sizes and weight.  We’ll confirm which of our vehicles is best for your delivery, safe handling requirements, and any other factors with you. 

    Dollies, carts and blankets are available and an extra person can be provided on request.  We are familiar with working with loading docks and service elevators. 

  • A-Way offers volume discounts and contract pricing tailored to your delivery needs. If you regularly ship in bulk or run recurring routes, we’ll work with you to find the most cost-effective option.

    Receive 10% off when you send 15 packages or more. Please book at least one day in advance so we can schedule efficiently.
